Produced by Starsmith, the track was released digitally in the United Kingdom on 21 February 2010 and physically the day after as the album's second single. It was also released as her debut single in the United States on 15 February 2011 in the form of a digital EP. Goulding made her debut US television performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on 7 April 2011 performing this song.
